1.What is the processing Time?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

 

  1. How many days will it take for me to receive my package?

You will receive your item within 5-7 business days and if you ordered with multiple items please note that your item may come in one package.

 

  1. What is the shipping cost?

 You need to pay 10 USD shipping fee for your package

 

  1. Can I change delivery address?

You can change the delivery address until your item is shipped. We cannot change the address once your item has been shipped from our warehouse.

 

  1. What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?

We always endeavor to ensure that you receive your goods on time, but if there may be some delay to your parcel please contact us with your order details.

  1. How can I track my package?

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order is shipped. This allows you to track your package through our website or the carrier's site.

 

  1. How are your shipping partners?

We are using most trusted shipping companies

For international express shipping – DHL and Aramex

For international standard shipping – Shiprocket and Shipglobal

In India we are using -  DTDC and Indian Post

  1. My order got destroyed by the shipping company. Now what can I do?

Our Express shipping only attempts twice to deliver an order at an address provided by you. If you fail to receive an order, the shipping company puts it in their warehouse. The order is destroyed after 10-15 days as the nature of the shipment is International. We do not refund for the same. It is customer’s responsibility to be physically present on either of the two times when the shipment arrives at the address. 9. What can I do if there is shipping damage or loss?

Please make a video when you open your parcel and if your item is damaged or lost please send the video to us, we will try to solve the problem for you.

11.How can I cancel my order?


You can cancel your order by email us at - handcrafthandloom@gmail.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

12.How to process return?

Just send us a message at handcrafthandloom@gmail.com with your order no. and details of return. We will review your request and process return / refund accordingly.

Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery of order.

A prepaid shipping label will be provided for return if -

Damaged / Defective items received.

Wrong Item Received.

A full refund will be made if -

Product Lost In Transit.

Return at buyer's cost if -

Change of mind

Does not like the product.

Custom orders -
